Corporate Recruiter
The Recruiter is a strategic and trusted talent advisor to Business Leaders and HR Partners and is responsible for external recruitment as well supporting internal talent mobility across GE Corporate. Conduct research, sourcing and ongoing recruiting activities to identify and attract highly competitive candidates for GE Corporate. Partner with Business and HR Leaders to understand business strategies, talent gaps and create proactive recruiting and talent engagement plans to address. Evaluate the abilities and skills of candidates and communicate your assessment and point of view (POV) to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the hiring manager receives a qualified and interested short list of candidates for every search. Research industry competitive intelligence, analyze external market trends and share market intelligence and feedback to drive stronger, more efficient talent decisions. Build long-term relationships with strong talent with the objective of building a healthy pipeline of passive talent for future opportunities.
Track record of creating effective, efficient and creative sourcing strategies that ultimately attract both passive and active candidates.
Five + years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with at least three years focused on core corporate functions.
Ability to understand and manage expectations of business partners and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
