  1. Provide technical support to customers in the Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids areas.

  4. Utilize engineering knowledge and expertise to develop innovative solutions for customers.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution.
  6. Adhere to company safety and quality standards while performing field work.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  8. Regularly update and maintain records of service calls, repairs, and solutions provided.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Represent General Electric in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  11. Travel to various locations within the designated areas as needed.
  12. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
