Job Description

At General Electric, we are looking for a talented and experienced Gas Turbine Specialist to join our team. The Gas Turbine Specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of our gas turbine systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of gas turbine systems, excellent customer service skills, and a firm commitment to safety.The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of gas turbine systems, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and strong problem-solving abilities. They should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a valid driver’s license.At General Electric, we are committed to providing a safe working environment and to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles. Responsibilities of a Gas Turbine Specialist at General Electric:

  • Install, maintain, and repair gas turbine systems
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are being followed
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with the turbine systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices
  • Monitor and adjust gas turbine performance
  • Make repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure all gas turbine systems are running efficiently and safely
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of any gas turbine system is conducted in accordance with regulations and safety standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on gas turbines
  • Work with other departments and staff to ensure the successful installation and maintenance of gas turbine systems
