
HR Business Partner – Global Functions

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees in the Global Functions division at GE Healthcare.
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR.
- Drive organizational success by implementing HR initiatives and programs that align with business objectives and drive performance.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and address talent development and succession planning needs.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution.
- Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Remain current on HR trends and best practices, and proactively make recommendations to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent for the Global Functions division.
- Serve as a role model for GE's culture and values, promoting diversity, inclusion, and integrity in all HR practices.
- Support and promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Required. Additionally, At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Global Organization, Is Necessary.
Global Hr Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Hr Practices And Regulations, Including Employment Law, Compensation And Benefits, And Talent Management. This Knowledge Is Critical In Supporting The Diverse Needs Of Ge Healthcare's Global Functions.
Strategic Thinking: As A Hr Business Partner For Global Functions, The Individual Must Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Align Hr Initiatives With Business Objectives. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Provide Insights To Help Drive Decision-Making And Contribute To The Overall Success Of The Organization.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Hr Business Partner Involves Frequent Communication With Employees, Managers, And Leaders Across Different Regions And Cultures. The Candidate Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
