Lead FP&A Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in analyzing business operations and developing financial plans.
2. Prepare and present budgeting and financial forecasting reports to senior management.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend strategies that will optimize results.
4. Create and maintain financial models to evaluate and measure the impact of various business decisions.
5. Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
6. Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
7. Provide guidance and support to the FP&A team to ensure that their work is accurate and meets company standards.
8. Keep up to date with market trends and changes in financial regulations.
9. Manage financial reporting systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
10. Prepare and present reports on financial performance to the company’s board of directors.
