  3. Design and deliver training materials and resources to support employee development.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.

  7. Manage the learning budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  8. Oversee the learning management system and ensure all training materials are up to date and easily accessible.
  9. Partner with external vendors and consultants to provide specialized learning opportunities.
  10. Foster a positive learning culture throughout the organization by promoting continuous learning and development.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for learning initiatives.
  12. Train and mentor other learning and development team members.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate learning processes and methods.
  14. Communicate and promote learning opportunities to employees and managers.
  15. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management And Managing Multiple Learning Initiatives Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
