1. Lead high performing teams and develop and execute sustainability strategies.

3. Have experience in the offshore wind energy sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the offshore wind industry.
4. Monitor and evaluate progress on sustainability initiatives.
5. Research and analyze current and emerging sustainability trends and initiatives.
6. Identify and develop opportunities for improvement in sustainability initiatives.
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of sustainability strategies.
8. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
10. Develop and manage budgets for sustainability initiatives.
