Job Description

Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Lead the cross-functional teams in executing the master production schedule in a way that meets customer needs, business goals, and maximizes supply chain velocity. Lead all scheduling and processes to ensure customer demands are met on time. Develop and drive schedules, recovery plans, and prioritizations across your focus area to ensure customer fulfillment while maximizing business impact. Develop and implement a common set of KPIs, tools and practices to drive accountability across all functions of the organization. Drive a culture of rigor around planning and scheduling processes and execution across the supply chain network to achieve 100% On Time Delivery.
