The Recruiter will leverage their deep business and talent market knowledge and translate the enterprise and business strategy to an actionable recruiting plan, with the ultimate goal of delivering exceptional talent to drive the business strategy. Conduct research, sourcing and ongoing recruiting activities to identify and attract highly competitive candidates for GE Corporate. Partner with Business and HR Leaders to understand business strategies, talent gaps and create proactive recruiting and talent engagement plans to address. Create an exceptional candidate experience through direct, honest and meaningful engagement throughout the entire recruitment process. Provide substantive and competency-based feedback to all candidates, both successful and unsuccessful. Develop and maintain understanding of recruitment best practices, as well as understanding of client businesses and business plans. Utilize and manage external resources, consultants and vendors, when needed to supplement work.
