  1. Lead and oversee clinical research programs for the ultrasound division of GE Healthcare.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research initiatives to advance healthcare technology.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, researchers, and regulatory agencies.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including FDA and ICH guidelines.
  5. Manage and allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to support research programs.
  6. Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion of research projects.
  7. Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
  8. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact research programs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ultrasound technology to inform research strategies.
  11. Mentor and train junior staff and provide guidance and support to research team members.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities and ensure data integrity.
  13. Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including study protocols and reports, to relevant authorities.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for commercializing research findings.
  15. Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and other industry events to showcase research achievements and build partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Or Life Sciences: A Senior Clinical Research Program Manager At Ge Healthcare Must Have An Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, Or Life Sciences. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Lead A Research Program.

  • Extensive Clinical Research Experience: This Role Requires At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Strong Focus On Ultrasound Technology. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Clinical Research Studies, Including Protocol Development, Site Selection, And Data Analysis.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Senior Clinical Research Program Manager, The Ability To Effectively Manage Projects And Timelines Is Crucial. Candidates Should Have Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Managing Budgets, And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
