  1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
  2. Design and execute automated and manual tests to identify software defects and ensure they are resolved before product release.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback for improvements.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and work closely with software developers to resolve issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in software testing and quality assurance.
  6. Mentor and train junior test engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  7. Communicate test results and provide recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall quality of software products.
  10. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  11. Manage and maintain test environments and test data.
  12. Write and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and reports.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for software quality assurance and testing.
  15. Represent the organization in client meetings and effectively communicate technical information related to software quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Software Quality Testing, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Agile Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Methodologies And Tools, Such As Selenium, Jira, And Jenkins.

  • Experience In Designing And Executing Test Plans, As Well As Identifying And Reporting Software Defects.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
