Responsibilities: -Identify and negotiate the best prices and terms for products and services to optimize savings and efficiency -Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost savings -Analyze market trends and conduct cost/benefit analysis to identify potential areas of improvement -Conduct research and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery -Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services -Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring that all contractual requirements are met -Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations -Monitor performance and create reports on sourcing activities -Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in sourcing and procurement
