We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategy & Growth Leader for Service Sales in South Asia at General Electric. As the Strategy & Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase service sales revenue and market share in South Asia.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential customers.
  3. Lead and manage a team of service sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets and objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas in the service sales market.

  12. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Foster a culture of growth and innovation within the service sales team, promoting professional development and teamwork.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Represent General Electric at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's service sales offerings.

This Will Enable Them To Develop Tailored Strategies That Resonate With Customers In This Region.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Leader, The Strategy & Growth Leader Must Be Able To Inspire And Motivate A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Drive Growth. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Also Essential For Effectively Presenting Strategies And Building Relationships With Customers.
