Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with Human Resources initiatives, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance.
  2. Perform administrative tasks related to Human Resources, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  3. Maintain employee records and update employee information as needed.
  4. Provide support to Human Resources team members and other stakeholders.
  5. Develop and update job descriptions and job profiles.
  6. Assist with performance management processes.
  7. Develop and implement best practices in Human Resources processes.
  8. Serve as a resource to employees on Human Resources policies and procedures.
  9. Participate in Human Resources projects and initiatives.
  10. Analyze data and metrics related to Human Resources programs and initiatives.
