  1. Design and develop control systems for advanced vehicle platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define control system requirements.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of control systems.
  4. Develop and implement control algorithms to meet performance and safety requirements.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems during development and testing phases.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and validation of control systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
  7. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in control engineering.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  9. Communicate project progress and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  10. Uphold safety standards and regulations in all control system designs and implementations.
  11. Provide support for production and manufacturing of control systems.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers on control system design and development.
  13. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of control system development.
  14. Work closely with suppliers and external partners to integrate and optimize control system components.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to innovation and continuous learning in the field of automotive technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Controls Engineering And/Or Automation, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Plc, Hmi, And Scada.

  • Strong Understanding Of Control Systems Design, Implementation, And Troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge Of Automotive Manufacturing Processes And Safety Standards, Such As Iso 26262 And Iatf 16949.
