  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI partnerships strategy that aligns with General Motors' goals and values
  • Identify and establish partnerships with organizations and individuals that support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure continued collaboration and mutual success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, diversity and inclusion teams, and business leaders, to develop and implement DEI initiatives and programs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on DEI partnerships, keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Lead the planning and execution of events and programs related to DEI partnerships, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars
  • Monitor and track progress and impact of DEI partnerships, providing regular updates and reports to leadership
  • Develop and manage budgets for DEI partnerships initiatives and programs
  • Act as a liaison between General Motors and partner organizations, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals and objectives
  • Mentor and coach team members on DEI partnerships strategies and best practices
  • Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensure compliance within partnerships and programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Diversity And Inclusion, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Program Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Dei Principles And Best Practices, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Successfully Developing And Managing Partnerships And Collaborations With External Organizations And Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Diverse Groups And Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
