
District Sales Manager
Act as a main liaison between General Motors and assigned dealerships. Understanding the clients’ needs; establishing credibility; and taking accountability for delivering value to clients. Facilitating, coaching and consulting with dealers to ensure monthly/yearly sales and service objectives are met as well as well as accomplishing other dealership goals. Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) metrics to identify and address deficiencies. Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between the dealer and GM. Build and maintain friendly, warm, high trust relationships and networks of business contacts while acting with integrity and a respect for others and an ability to demonstrate teamwork. Monitor dealership personnel training to maintain 100% compliance in GM training objectives.
