- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners to ensure successful contract negotiations and execution.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of international business laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all contract negotiations.
- Analyze and evaluate contract proposals from international partners to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure contracts are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement contract negotiation strategies to optimize terms and conditions for the company.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on international markets, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform contract negotiations and decisions.
- Ensure all contract documents are accurately prepared, reviewed, and executed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to international contracts, and escalate to senior management when necessary.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for international contracts to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in contract negotiation and management.
- Stay updated on international business trends and regulations to continuously improve contract negotiation and management processes.
- Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations with international partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's international contract management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, International Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In International Contract Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Understanding Of International Trade Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Export Control, Customs, And Trade Compliance.
Excellent Negotiation, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex International Contracts And Agreements.
