IoT Software Engineer

At General Motors, we are looking for a passionate and experienced IoT Software Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation and development of connected car solutions.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IoT and embedded systems, as well as a proven track record of developing and delivering complex software projects. He/she should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be highly motivated to take on challenges and deliver innovative solutions.This person will be an excellent communicator, able to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the organization.Requirements:-A minimum of three years of experience in software engineering, IoT and embedded systems-Strong working knowledge of software development principles and practices-Experience with embedded C/C++, Linux and RTOS-Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. CAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.)-Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.-Knowledge of security solutions for embedded systems-Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)-Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills-Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are an experienced and enthusiastic IoT Software Engineer with the qualifications and skills we are looking for, we want to hear from you!
