  • Experience In Leading Manufacturing Maintenance Teams: A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Leading Maintenance Teams In A Manufacturing Environment. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Maintenance Best Practices, Safety Protocols, And Productivity Improvement Strategies.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background In Maintenance Processes And Equipment Used In Automotive Manufacturing. This Includes Knowledge Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Hydraulic Systems, As Well As Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairing Manufacturing Equipment.

  • Leadership Skills: The Manufacturing Group Leader - Maintenance Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians, So Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Coaching, Mentoring, And Developing Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Motivate And Engage The Team To Achieve Departmental Goals.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: This Role Requires The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems Quickly And Effectively. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Making Sound Decisions In High-Pressure Situations, And The Ability To Think Critically And Develop Innovative Solutions To Improve Maintenance Processes.
