Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager - Customer Success to join the General Motors team. This individual should have a passion for helping customers find success, and will be responsible for overseeing projects that aim to increase customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, while consistently demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful customer satisfaction projects• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and within a team• Attention to detail and accuracy• Proficiency in MS Office and project management softwareAt General Motors, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience.
