Prototype Engineer

At General Motors, we are looking for an experienced and creative Prototype Engineer to join our team and help bring our innovative ideas to life. As a Prototype Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and testing of prototype designs for automotive parts and components. You will be expected to have a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to creating new and improved technologies.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the automotive industry, including experience in the design, development and testing of prototype parts. In addition, knowledge of CAD/CAM software and advanced manufacturing processes is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of automotive design and engineering. They must also be highly motivated to work both independently and collaboratively in order to bring our designs and ideas to fruition.
