Bachelor's Degree In Fine Arts Or Related Field With A Focus On Sculpture Or 3D Design.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Senior Level Design Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Proficiency In 3D Modeling Software Such As Autocad Or Solidworks, As Well As Traditional Sculpting Techniques.
Strong Understanding Of Automotive Design Principles And Experience With Concept Development And Ideation.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Present Design Concepts To Stakeholders.
