Job Description

Collaborate across Purchasing and Supply Chain teams as well as with Engineering and supplier partners (tier1 and semiconductor). Investigate current and identify potential future semiconductor supply constraints across tiered supply chains. Determine alternative and/or reallocation solutions. Proactively assess potential sub-tier semiconductor supply chain risks. Identify and implement solutions to enable increased resiliency. Support/lead projects that mitigate risk and strengthen tiered semiconductor supply chains. Lead activities across Purchasing organization and related team members to confirm supply plan for every semiconductor. Prioritize relationships and positive collaboration with tiered suppliers while getting results. Responsible for actively participating in the development of commodity strategy, sourcing/negotiations, global/regional material budget execution, and collaborate with suppliers or internal partners.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of purchasing and/or supply chain experience

  • Proven track record to lead multidisciplinary project teams to effectively lead complex projects

  • Automotive strategic commodity purchasing experience a plus
