Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative Associate Creative Lead to join our team at Georgia-Pacific. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading our creative operations, managing projects, and developing strategic initiatives that enhance our creative output. You’ll be leading a team of creative professionals, so you’ll need strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Graphic Design, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field. You should also have at least five years of experience in a creative role, as well as a proven track record of leading creative teams. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead creative operations and manage projects for Georgia-Pacific.
  2. Develop strategic initiatives that enhance creative output.

  4. Provide creative problem solving and innovation.
  5. Research and understand new trends and technologies in the creative field.
  6. Create and maintain standards of creative excellence.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure projects are completed on-time and to the highest standards.
  8. Manage creative resources, including budget, personnel, and project timelines.
  9. Monitor and report on performance and progress of creative initiatives.
  10. Develop creative briefs and concept proposals for projects.
