Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement safety and health strategies, policies, and programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. 2.Maintain knowledge of safety and health laws, regulations, and best practices. 3.Drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of safety. 4.Deliver safety and health training. 5.Develop and implement methods for identifying potential safety and health risks. 6.Perform periodic safety and health audits and inspections. 7.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on safety and health issues. 8.Investigate and report on workplace accidents and near misses. 9.Monitor and evaluate safety and health performance metrics. 10.Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. 11.Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety and health initiatives are integrated into the overall business plan. 12.Maintain accurate records of safety and health data.
