Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a comprehensive Total Rewards program that is cost-effective and aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of the Total Rewards program, including the integration of existing compensation and benefits plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Total Rewards program and recommend changes as necessary.
- Develop and manage metrics for measuring the success of the Total Rewards program.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend changes to the program.
- Monitor and adjust compensation and benefits plans in line with market trends and organizational goals.
- Act as a thought leader to educate and inform stakeholders on the Total Rewards program.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and external vendors to ensure the program meets the needs of the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and implementation of the Total Rewards program.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and employees on all aspects of the Total Rewards program.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
Business Or Related Field
