Job Description

At Graco, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our growing IT team. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for our products and services. The ideal candidate for this position is customer-service focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering reliable service.To be successful as a Helpdesk Analyst at Graco, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in a helpdesk or customer service role, knowledge of IT systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to think on your feet and work quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs.If you have the experience and skills necessary to excel as a Helpdesk Analyst at Graco, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
  2. Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions.
  4. Utilize IT systems to track customer interactions, provide accurate documentation, and resolve customer issues.
  5. Update customers on the progress of their inquiries and requests.
  6. Maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times.
  7. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement effective solutions.
  8. Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and products.
  10. Develop and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.
