Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outside Regional Sales Executive to join the Grubhub team! As an Outside Regional Sales Executive, you will be a key member of our sales team and work with restaurant partners to help grow their business. You will manage relationships and develop strategies to drive sales, while ensuring customers experience the highest level of service.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be comfortable working independently and have the flexibility to travel within their assigned region. Our Outside Regional Sales Executive must be enthusiastic, passionate, and possess the drive to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop sales strategies to drive restaurant partner growth.
  2. Maintain relationships with restaurant partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Utilize data and metrics to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales.
  4. Establish and maintain effective communication with Grubhub departments and restaurant partners.
  5. Travel within assigned region to meet with restaurant partners and attend sales events.
  6. Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve Grubhub’s services.
  7. Track and report sales performance and results.
  8. Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date on industry trends.
  9. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude to promote a successful work environment.
