- Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and college administrators.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process.
- Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Educate restaurant partners on Grubhub's platform and tools to optimize their performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for campus dining options.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for new partnerships and expansion on college campuses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic recommendations for the campus team.
- Represent Grubhub at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and build relationships with potential partners.
- Train and mentor junior account management team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all account activities and communications.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Grubhub Campus team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships.
Experience In The Food Industry Or With Campus Dining Services Is Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
