  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to human behavior and organizational performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.
  3. Utilize statistical modeling techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains based on data analysis.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and human behavior.
  7. Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Work closely with product teams to incorporate data-driven insights into product development and enhancements.
  9. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through data cleansing, validation, and quality control processes.
  10. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
  11. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  12. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement within the team.
  14. Proactively identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and propose solutions.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Data Science.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Data Analysis Role, Preferably In The Hr Or People Analytics Space.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Present Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
