The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. If you’re a team player who loves a challenge and enjoys working with others, this is the job for you!The successful candidate must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service environment. A high school diploma or GED is required. We also prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in a related field. We are looking for an individual who is innovative, results-oriented, and can think strategically. Additionally, strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems are beneficial.
