Assistant Service Manager

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Assistant Service Manager to join the H-E-B family. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. A high school diploma or GED is required. We also prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems are beneficial.

3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
4. Monitor and manage staff performance.
5. Implement and maintain retail policies and procedures.
6. Monitor inventory and place orders when necessary.
7. Oversee daily operations of the store.
8. Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
9. Develop and implement marketing strategies.
10. Develop and monitor budgets.
11. Maintain accurate records and reports.
12. Manage Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office programs.
