Job Description

We are looking for an organized, motivated, and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager at H-E-B. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training and developing employees, and managing store operations. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position could be a great fit for you.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should also have a proven track record of training and developing staff and creating a positive work environment. Additionally, you must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service -Train and develop employees -Manage store operations -Maintain a positive work environment -Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -Monitor store performance and identify areas of improvement -Handle customer inquiries and complaints -Oversee inventory and ordering processes -Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits -Create and analyze reports to assess store performance and make necessary adjustments
