
Assistant Service Manager
At H-E-B, we are looking for a customer-centric Assistant Service Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality service to our valued customers. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team of customer service personnel. If you possess the required qualifications and are passionate about customer service, please read on!The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service position, preferably within the grocery industry. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. The ability to think creatively and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction is essential. We are looking for someone with strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Assistant Service Manager must possess a strong knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the customer service team to effectively manage customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
- Develop and implement customer service procedures to ensure high-quality customer service
- Assist in developing and executing customer service strategies to improve customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address those areas
- Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and support
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
