5. Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
7. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
8. Analyze project data and use project management software to track progress.
9. Prepare project reports as needed and present progress to upper management.
10. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
