Associate Supply Chain Leader

We're looking for an experienced Associate Supply Chain Leader to join the H-E-B team! As an Associate Supply Chain Leader, you will serve as a key resource for driving effective operations and supply chain management. This role requires a passionate, energetic, and organized individual who can provide operational direction while developing and maintaining supplier relationships.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, as well as 5-7 years of experience leading and managing supply chain operations. You should also have knowledge of supply chain systems and demonstrated expertise in planning and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects. 1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
2. Monitor and analyze supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement
3. Create and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes
4. Develop and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
5. Monitor supply chain costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
6. Manage the forecasting of demand and supply
7. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
8. Manage and lead a team of supply chain personnel
9. Prepare and analyze reports to measure performance and identify areas of opportunity
10. Remain current on industry trends and best practices
