  1. Manage and administer all employee benefits plans for the company.
  2. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
  3. Continuously review and improve benefits plans to ensure they meet the needs of employees.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding any questions or concerns about their benefits.
  5. Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Work closely with HR team to communicate benefit information and educate employees on available options.
  7. Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and third-party administrators to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation of benefits plans.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, vendors, and other internal departments.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs.
  12. Train and educate other HR staff on benefits policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate records and files for all benefits plans and ensure confidentiality.
  14. Participate in open enrollment process and communicate changes and updates to employees.
  15. Handle any escalated employee benefits concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  16. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all benefits-related communications and materials.
  17. Collaborate with finance department to manage benefits budget and track expenses.
  18. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  19. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  20. Other duties as assigned by HR leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Retail Or Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Hipaa, And Cobra.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels.

  • Prior Experience Managing A Team And/Or Overseeing Vendor Relationships For Benefits Administration.
