Job Description

At H-E-B, we are looking for a driven and creative Business Development Manager to lead our business growth efforts. The ideal candidate should be an experienced and strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Our Business Development Manager should have a proven track record of success in identifying and executing opportunities to increase sales, market share, and profitability.The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing current market trends and creating innovative plans and strategies to capitalize on opportunities. The successful candidate must also possess a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and stay up-to-date on industry news.To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. In addition, at least five years of relevant experience in business development is preferred. Responsibilities:
