- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans for each role.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and other campus events to promote H-E-B and engage with potential candidates.
- Utilize social media and other online platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule on-campus interviews and other recruitment events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for H-E-B, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the success of campus recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
- Work closely with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
- Represent H-E-B at industry events and conferences to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by identifying and hiring top talent who will make meaningful contributions to our company's growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
2-3 Years Of Experience In Campus Recruiting Or Talent Acquisition
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building Relationships With College Students And University Staff
Knowledge Of Current Recruiting Trends And Strategies For Attracting Top Talent
