4. Keep up to date with current promotions and H-E-B policies.
5. Remain knowledgeable about store layout and product locations to best assist customers.
6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Maintain a clean and organized working area.
8. Handle cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments in accordance with proper cash handling procedures.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store displays.
