Cashier

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Process customer transactions in an accurate and timely manner
3. Ensure accuracy of all transactions as well as proper cash handling
4. Answer customer inquiries in a polite and helpful manner
5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
7. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
8. Follow company policies and procedures
9. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines
10. Assist with other tasks as needed
