Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Retail Or Similar Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Manipulation.
Knowledge Of Compensation Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
