Customer Data Scientist

The Customer Data Analytics teams perform analysis, advises, and develop customer-centric innovative solutions to business problems around H-E-B. Our team proactively and prescriptively guides stakeholders in Merchandising, Store Operations, E-Commerce, and Marketing towards decisions that maximize customer engagement and drive world-class customer experiences. Summarize, and share (informally and through formal presentations) to business stakeholders. Use of data science models to understand our customer (k-means clustering, a/b testing, chi square, etc.). Develop and deploy experiments and data science models to measure customer loyalty, habits, tendencies, affinities and propensities that can be reliably used to predict behavior and prescribe initiatives, strategies, and tactics. Use your experience, knowledge, and intuition to dig for insights you might share through dynamic Tableau or Microstrategy data visualizations.
