  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to customers' needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  3. Assist customers with finding products, making recommendations, and providing information about sales and promotions.
  4. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are well-maintained.
  6. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the store to resolve any issues or concerns.
  7. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
  11. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and coworkers.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the store.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance customer service skills and stay informed on company updates.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and mission.
  15. Assist with additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
