  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and utilizing POS systems.
  5. Keep a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure efficient operation of the customer service department.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service experience and suggest ideas for process improvement to management.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales to effectively promote and upsell products to customers.
  9. Assist in training new customer service team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and patience.
  12. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  14. Attend customer service training and workshops to continually improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
