Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
  3. Provide product and service information to customers.
  4. Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  5. Upsell products and services when appropriate.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
  8. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  10. Stay up to date with product and service information.
