We at H-E-B are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to delivering excellent results.The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and prior customer service experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, show empathy, and possess problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: •Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. •Understand customer needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have. •Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers. •Listen carefully to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. •Utilize problem-solving skills to identify solutions to customer issues. •Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. •Provide feedback to management on customer service issues. •Assist in training new customer service staff. •Assist with other duties as needed.
