Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
  3. Help customers troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
  4. Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  7. Accurately record customer information in the database.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and suggest ways to improve customer service.
  9. Remain up-to-date with knowledge of store products and services.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
