5. Maintain knowledge of all product information.
6. Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
7. Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store policies and procedures.
9. Upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
10. Assist with stocking and inventory control.
