  11. Assist customers with locating products and offer recommendations based on their needs.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
  13. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring customer needs are met.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
